CORRUPTION AT THE SERVICE LEVELS

My 8 tear old executive plus had problems the drum was gone i lodged a complaint on 14th oct 5268319 the service person attending said that as i was not on amc the service would cost 6500 or 7000 if through the company and if i pais 4000 he would do it for me i asked him if the spares would be original he said he would get original parts by billing it on the name of someone who has just entered into amc i thought this fraud had to be exposed someone has to bell the cat now it is the duty of higher level authorities to take action
