IFB / WASHING MACHINE Senorita DX
Service person not attending

Greetings,

We have IFB Senorita DX (M/C Sl. No: 029311). Which is not functioning properly, have issue at drum. It is under AMC, Book No: 133, Sl. No: 1325, dated 09-07. Valid from 09-07 to 08-07, and received amount Rs.1943/-.

Now we have been giving complaint for past 2months, IFB service person number: 9344011775 & registered our complaint in customer care number also, but no one had attended complaint so far. Kindly take necessary action on the concerned and ask them to attend and clear the issue as soon as possible.
