Smoke came out of motor. Comlaint raised on 23rd March. Constantly following up with call center as well as franchises in Gurgaon. After various follow up, service people truned up last night and changed motor with another faulty motor and it was eye wash only. Mr Joshi's number (9313595193) is not reachable. Mr Jagat Chand's number (9312884431) was going unaswered last evening but he picked it up at around 10pm.
we are suffering since last 8 days without any fix to the problem. Seems IFB is planning to go out of business soon if they contiune to provide such a poor service to customers.
