I did a mistake by buying IFB washing machine and since it gives so many problems, we have been taking AMC since that. But now the problem is even with all this, its a challenge to reach customer service and if you are successful, they will not resolve the problem knowing you have AMC and they wont get paid extra.

I want to warn people against buying IFB products... go for something more reliable. My customer number with IFB is 697961
