IFB WASHING MACHINE UNDER AMC

I had purchased an IFB Washing Machine Senator in 2005. Since then it is giving frequent complaints. Since last one month it is not working. It is under AMC by the company. I had lodged complaints with the IFB service centre, but to no use.

The local service franchise is saying that the spare parts are not available for repair.

Please advise what I should do now?
