WASHING MACHINE NOT WORKING

Dear Sir

I purchased this washing machine on 09 sept. 2010 from Manoj International, 101, pratap nagar mayur vihar phase-1 DELHI-110091, PH-01122791819, 01122791719, M.NO-9310437558 VIDE bill no-C:232 DATED 09.09.10.

This machine has not been functioning since after purchase and several times complaint has been lodged at your complaint no-39004321 but to no avail. I thousand times talked to Mr. Tanmay Datta (Supervisor) at customer care calcutta (no-39004321) and Ankita Shristava at East delhi service centre but both of these executives are not willing to even entertain my complaint.

The dealer Manoj International says i have stopped selling IFB products due to the several complaints and suggests us to sue against the company in order to get the relief.

The situation is really very poor and being an IFB customer I am being harassed at the hand of IFB executives and dealer.

I therefore once again request u to either replace my machine with new one or return my money alongwith applicable rate of interest as IFB has not capability to provide after sale services.
