Shipped another local phone

I had placed an order for two different mobile phones, Order No:2042027 (I Fone) & Order No:2041982 Agtel on 9th of july. I received my single phone on 18th july but it was different from my order. I spoke to customer care & they asked me to send it back. I sent the mobile back but still haven't received the refund. The next mobile is still intransit. I spoke to customer care but no one is taking responsibility.

I made the payment by credit card.

It's really disgusting.
