Dear Sir,

I, Dr. Sandeep Mahajan, have ordered imedia itouch mobile from homeshope18 by phone SMS on 08-02-10 by order No 702742795.

I already had received the due order on 18-02 on evening 7pm at my postal address by courier. I have paid my payment by cash on delivery.

On using the mobile I found some transvere artifact lines on the front screen view and they are increasing in numbers (presntly 3 in number seen).

So I want to return this piece and get my money back (as per your terms within 15 days of delivery).

kindly guide me to return the product and assurity of my money back.
