Switch off automatically showing battery low, mobile not working

Sir,

I would like to inform you that I had purchased a mobile phone from CNBC TV18 Homeshop18 network by placing an order No. 701601659 and Sub Order No.71654670, Suppliers reference No. MDPL, through my cell phone number 09910448168 and I got the product vide Invoice No. 056/28 dated 9th September. But when the device was received I understand that it was a typical Chinese made mobile phone. From Last 5 months I found some problems of automatic shut down, showing low battery etc. When receiving a call a small whistle sound is hearing from the device is switch off. Also when a call is made, there is display showing that battery is low even though the charge is full. Both the batteries are showing same problems and now the set is not charging. Some fetures (Like confrence call) are not available in the phone which was even told during the demo on TV. I have talked several times to Homeshop18 but not get any satisfied response

I have reported this complaint to your toll free number 18601800918 and I talked with Mr. Pramod Kumar and he requested me to call 02232654758 and from this number they informed me to call 09379668696, Mr. Sekher, Banagalore. But when call is made a message is hearing that this number is not reachable.i have already tried this chain to contact from three months. I am totally upset now. Please tell me in Ghaziabad there is no service center and also not batery provided. I think you are cheating me. As per the offer at the time of purchase, it shall get one year warranty and it will expire only on 09/09. I have also tried to contact you from 3-4 months. The time is passing and no one is reponding from your side. Hence I request you to replace my device or my cost of the moble Rs. 5990/- shall be refunded to me.

I have spent approx Rs. 400 more on STD to talk to Homeshop18 and Banglore office of Media tech but they said the we will send the defective piece via courier to banglore office. But I have not faith on such courier services because I have read the several complaints regarding Homeshop18.

I want to say you all DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HOMESHOP18 NETWORK. THIS IS REALLY A FAKE COMPANY AND MISSCUIDE THE CUSTOMERS ON TV AND PHONE.

Government of India should take strict action against such type of companies.
