Inalsa Food Processor- Maxie Plus
Faulty Product and service

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought a food processor from authorized dealer of Inalsa Company. It was a faulty product and was not worked when it brought at home.

After complaining the problem was resolved but within spam of one month it again stop working because of that we have to suffer. Again after complaining they service center assured us to assist within 2 days and given complaint no.-34955 but after passing 2 days nobody is come to resolve the problem and also the customer care is not responding.

Hence I am suffering from bad product as well as poor service.
