Used mobile not refunding price

I ordered for blackberry storm 1 from naptool, i received the product on 05-12 and it was a used product, so i sent it back to their warehouse in bombay as their instruction, but so far i have not received any comunication from them i also sent the P O D copy (scan) to them, but still the price of the product is not refunded to me,
