OIL FILLED ROOM HEATER NOT WORKING

I had bought an OIL FILLED ROOM HEATER vide serial number TMA 08090501 from Gagan Enterprises Sector 28 Market Faridabad vide Bill No. 191 dated 22-12-09 and the unit has not been working since the day we bought it. Every time I put a complaint the person comes and he is just wasting his and our time as he has never been ablr to fix the problem. He had visited today also and within half an hour of his visit the machine again stopped working. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and even more with the extremely poor customer care and service response. The person who had visited the site today had no technical undesrstanding of the issue and was no way competent to handle the probleme and I just wonder how you aspire 100% service level with such incompetent team.

Kindly arrange to send some competent person to look in to the matter and address the issue.
