Dear Sir, I regret to inform you that I am unable to book my Gas through my mobile no. 9836242219. My last booking through my said mobile no. was on 01/11 vide Booking no. 261037 has been supplied on 02/12 according to Cash Memo/Bill No. 3404 as generated without any prior message as ususal in my mobile. I tried several times to Book in advance for my second cylinder as to get normal supply of Gas because last one supplied after one month but unfortunately Indane Automated Booking Services repeating information details about the last supplied Gas only. Please look into the matter enabling me to Book my Gas as normal procedures being followed by your Company.
