UNDUE DELAY IN REPAIRS

My above DVD under AMC was taken for repairs by M/S. ADONIS ELECTRONICS PVT. LTD, (Chennai office, at Nungambakkam complaint No.2456380866 dated 21.08.09) their service agents at Tambaram Sanitorium, chennai in August, 09 promising to deliver it back after repairs within a fotnight. Despite my repeated telephone calls (nearly 100 calls), they have been giving false promises to deliver it immediately, but so far have not done even after 5 months resulting in my depriviation of viewing any cds on important occasions like deepavali, newyear etc. The purpose of buying it is defeated.

I have never come across such calous attitude by any of the half a dozen service agencies with whom I have tie up.
