This is Nithyananda Prabhu I bought a Mobile of Model 5030 in Nov. month. Since I was not able to delete the Mgs. And not able to store contact no in the phone book. It happen me to give my hand set for service in my nearest shop at AMBATTUR in Ti Road, Branch. At CHENNAI TAMILNADU. I am very much unhappy with the service rendered by the executives their. Don’t know to speak politely. While customer sitting in front of them, they should not speak their personal issues. No concentration on the issue customer has raised neither on the hand set given to him, Even if Customer sitting in front of them.

It was on 10/12 I gave my hand set for service for the issue related to software. Till date I have not received any call or if I call postponing to the next day or saying that they will call back. Which I will never receive.

When I called on 18/12 I spoke to person called LAWRENCE in the Nokia Center. He doesn’t know to speak in English. When I tried speaking in the regional language Tamil. His response for my entire query was very RUDE. Then, since I was not satisfied with the reply he gave I requested the Manager to come on the line. Same was denied. He said that the Managers are on other work they will not talk to me. Then I requested to have the Service Email id. He said that he don’t know what is called E-Mail. Very mush irritated on that call. Person fit for nothing to do with hand set is sitting in Nokia care. Since no help from the help line I forced to ask his Manager M no. I got Mr. Aswin’s no 9841224400. Spoke to him. He told that I will get my hand set service max in 24 hours. But no impact on the compliant I gave on the person spoke to me.

Please don’t put person like Mr. LAWRENCE at work until unless they are properly trained on soft skills. At least let them realize that they are working for the customer who happily took their brand. Who is indeed for service? Hope to have feedback on this ASAP.
