DELIVERED BUT NOT TO 'ME'

MY gas number is J-26144 & agency is Jahangir Puri Gas Services

I had booked my Gas on 6th April. After booking checked the status almost daily.

on 25th April 9911554411 given the status that gas was already delivered to consumer on 11th April.

I did not got the gas Cylinder delivery.

Then where it is delivered, even without to see consumer book.

they given number for complaint it is 18002333555.

I called on that number same day 25th April and waited for 57 minutes. then again today 26th April 5 times and waited for 15 minutes. No one customer care executive their to answer.

is it good services by Indane gas

Now where do I have to complaint, even Agency is not taking the responsibility.
