Hi,

I bought a Whirlpool Fridge 4-5 years ago and is under extended warranty. My SR No. is DL0610004657 dated Jun 04. Even after expiry of more than 48 hours complaint has not been attended to. I spoke to Priti in their call centre from my landline no 011-25086857 to know the status of my complaint.

Priti could not give any timeline within which the complaint will be rectified. When i asked her to connect to he supervisor, she refused to do so. She neither connected to supervisor nor gave his contact no.

Pl assist...
