Beware

I bought this "Strob IM1000 1 Liter Capacity Ice Cream Maker" from eshop.webindia123.com (talash.com) recently (its a china made stuff). Basically electronix mall is the vendor as i understand. When i opened it, the inner steel container which actually holds the liquid and which cools it, was missing. I contacted evyapar.com, the response was really slow. Apparently they contacted the vendor (electronix mall) and the vendor claimed that they have shipped all the items. So i was asked to take pictures of the items to show them what was missing. Well, frankly i have decided not to waste my time and energy sending them pictures and running after them as they are not taking any initiative at all. When after a couple of weeks after submitting my complaint i didnt get any updates from them, i asked them what was the status - it was only after that they sent me an email.

So just be careful with these guys - they are not trustworthy.
