IFB Washing Mahcine
Poor after sales service

I own a IFB fully automatic washing machine. Due to its quality working, I sparingly use it ; especially for washing heavy bed sheets. The local service centre at Ernakulam, Kadavanthra, Kerala, India had collected two years contract amount for extended warranty. Since last three weeks I am desperately waiting for their technician to come and attend some leakage complaint. Nothing happened so far except my futile waiting. I sincerely request customers, who plan to buy IFB products, to abstain from purchase. This is not only my complaint, the complaint with thousands of IFB customers.
