As per my Order No. 10749 for on line purchase 3 items viz. Digital Blood Pressure Monitor, Digital Glucose Monitor and 8 GB Pen Drive at a Cost of Rs. 3083/- in the month of March and the whole cost and shipping chaqrges have been paid by usin my credit card. The last 2 items have been delivered to me but Citizen Digital B P Monitor has not been received by me. After several Complaints called querries I was answered the order has benn cancelled. Further I wrote to Customer Complaints of India Plaza to refund the cost. No action has been taken by I P. Earlier I had been receiving ordered articles in time. This time it appears to be a Cheating by IP. It is unfortunate that my account at IP with Login name Balasubramanian and unchanged Password is inaccessible
