Non reciept of accessories with camera and even bill and invoice

Hi

I ordered a DSC H-55 Sony Camera with 4 GB Memory Card and Carry Case as a part of the package. First, I had placed this order on the 4th of August and my Order No. was SM0408100379. I recieved the Camera finally on the 3rd September. The shipment did not have the 4 GB Memory Card and the Carry Case and even there was no proper invoice! I had opened a ticket on the 3rd September itself (Ticket No. CNT19292759090191), under the category some items in my order missing. As usual I am following up with the IndiaPlaze customer care and helpline numbers without any great deal of response. Till now they are dilly delaying with the dates of the pending items to be shipped and also the invoice. This is just robbing the customers. I would request the consumer complaints forum to urge a campaign to ban merchandising websites like IndiaPlaze who just robb and harass middle class and destroy their hard earned money. Hope IndiaPlaza responds to my cry.
