Dear Reliance Communication,
This is a complaint from the no. 9323824187 that i had offered an scheme from reliance communication for 24yrs completion that change from prepaid to postpaid which i had accepted. They had came to our house taken all documents necessary with cash of Rs. 450/- on 7/5 & had also came for verification on 8/5 but still my no. has not transferred to postpaid.
After knowing the process for my no. in web world it shows payment pending. After calling for the respective person Mr. Ravi of your agency at kandiwali namely Swyam Enterprise for 2 time he is just ignoring my call & even the office staff.
Please take effective decision as early as possible. For your ready reference my receipt no is 5082631584.
