No Delivery after taking money

I had purchased a mobile handset from Indiaplaza.in on 25th Oct and till now there is no delivery, i have twice raised the ticket but there is no response.

On calling customer service no one picks up the phone and its a Bangalore STD number and i am in Delhi.

This is such a pathetic site, please do not buy anything from Indiaplaza.in and waste your money.

Till now my product status is showing "ready to ship" since first day.

These indiaplaza.in guys are chor.
