Non Delivery of product even after one month

Electronics and household app.

I am a Standard Chartered Manhattan Platinum Card holder. I placed an order for Black & Decker, 2 Slice Toaster, ET202 on 15 June Order no. IN1506100038. The order was placed @ Indiaplaza the rewards redemption partner for Stan Chart.

It been more than a month & till today i.e. 19 July i have not received the product, nor have I received any update from them. Their helpline no. 080-4061-7000 is not reachable for a long time.

Even previous deliveries took one month to be honored & this time Indiaplaza seems to have just forgotten their responsibility.

I think it is a mistake that Standard Chartered bank has made by appointing them as rewards redepmtion partner. My latest mail query reference no with Stan Chart bank is KMM4973253I15977L0KM

And ticket no. with Indiaplaza is CNT09235623369902.

Need a solution to same!
