Sub: Complaint for Replacement of Defective Night Vision Binocular.

Dear Sir,

I would like to remind you of my letter dated 03.01.2011 vide which the defective binocular was handed over to M/s Aramax Courer, whose branch located at Vardhman Dimond Plaza Building in Motia khan, Pahar Ganj, New Delhi at your instance on 04.01.2011. M/s Aramax delivered the binocular to your office at 10 Dariya Ganj on 05.01. as per the records. Ever since you have not returned the binocular with due repair. You also not forwarded any Bill/ Cash Memo of the 6 Kids toys delivered to my address with the conformation call on mobile number 9268530655.

In view of the above you are hereby requested to return the binocular with due repair and also Bill/ Cash Memo of the 6 kids toys to my address. In case no reply is received from you end with in 6days the date of issue of the letter, a complaint will be lodged against you in District Consumer Forum.
