Unsatisfactory services after sale

Dear Sir,

It is matter of great concern that I had purchased 2 desert coolers in May from M/S New Ganpati Electronics, Panipat.

Since, at present the pump of one cooler is not working therefore the dealer was contacted. His service man said the pump motor is not working but refused to replace the same. As per company's advice, their service incharge Mr. Rajesh at Panipat was contacted on mobile no. 09310285974.He asked that bill may be provided which is not traceable at the moment. Without bill he straight way refused to help me.

You will appreciate that keeping in view the creditability & after sale service of the company I had purchased the coolers of high price but when now I am facing trouble to get the services one of other persist, services are being declined by the dealer or service inchargeof the company.

Needless to mention that M/S Ganpati is not ready to issue duplicate bill. But when the productof the company is not giving satisfactory service within the validity period then their service incharge should not refuse to resolve my grievance.

Under the above circumstances, I approach your good office to pl. use the influnce of your good so that my grievance is resolved by the company promptly.
