Feel cheated

On July 11 I ordered a Blackberry Curve 8320 phone order #113046012, the started giving me problems in the very first month, but in the last couple of months I automatically used to get switch off thus I contacted the customer service of Indiatimes.com Complain # 37008 and was promised that the defected handset will be replaced, it took them 20 days to take the delivery from my place for the phone after the complain, then after 4 weeks I got the same old phone and that too without the battery, I have been following up for the battery since January 22nd of 2012 Complain # 99291 but everytime I m just informed that they are contacting the vender and the battery should be at my place in 24-48 business hours, its already nearly 3 weeks just for the battery and if I talk about the the total time frame then it has been nearly 2 months for me to be without my cell phone and the days are still counting. Not to mention the cost that was charged to me for the phone the phone box have a rate printed on that lower then that..

I feel cheated by them as the price that I payed is higer then whats printed on the box of the phone plus going out without the cell phone for over 2 months.
