Refund Amount

Myself is Vivekkumar Vaghela. I ordered online for three product on 6th and 7th January with the use of my credit card. The product numbers are as following,

30000047127

30000047809

But I gave online request to cancel my orders on 7th January. And also called to customer care for the same.

Even though these products shipped to my shipping address on 10th and 11th January and I refused to take and sent back.

When I called customer care for refund the amount paid by me with my credit card, but they informed me to wait for 48 hours again and again.

I don’t know why these guys are not helping for my inconvenience. I request you to take some necessary steps for the same.
