Non delivery of product (or) refund

I ordered a 'Kenstar dry iron Satina' on Feb 01 and the payment is said to be verified by Indiatimes shopping on the same day. The delivery time they stated for my city is 10 days. I haven't received the product even after 10 days. So on the 12 day, I raised a complaint to them about the non-delivery. They replied that they are having problem with their product dealer (Videocon Industries Ltd) and they are constantly following up with them. They asked me to wait for 48 hours to resolve the complaint. Still after 2 days, I haven't received any response by them. So I contacted them again about it. Still now, I have contacted them thrice and I got the standard customer care reply 'We are having problem with dealer. Please wait for x number of days'. Its been more than a month and I haven't got the product nor I got money refund.

They have kept my money on their side for more than 20 days and gaining interest from it. This is unfair.
