The Device is dismal failure and absolute lack of apathy and negligence in the service levels. There should be recall of the device globally as it has utterly failed to the clients expectations and promises.
The product is highly priced in the price sensitive market like India and failed miserably. Coming to my personal experience, the device started problems the moment I bacame a customer and they failed to take back the product within 15days due to bad performance. later the device crashed many times and never functioned to its promises. It used to konk off on its own. Many times I was put in to huge difficulties and unnecessary mental agony and torture. In the last one year (close to) is miserable and dissatisfied. I would like to through on the face of any senior executive for releasing utter defective product and cheated the gullible Indians and enriched themselves. It would have been different story in US and other Western countries for filing various comsumer court cases, product liability suits.
We demand immediate recall of this prodcut and replace with the quality product or refund the entire costs plus exemplary damages.
India has low levels of corporate laws, product liability laws and hence these MNCs will rip the public at large.
