Issue of faulty handset and refund of money

I had purchased 2 blackberry bold 9000 online from indiatimes shopping when i saw there ad in times of india. i booked 2 handset by paying through my credit card rs.32000 for both on 17th july. both the mobiles were found to be defictive on 13 nov so i registered a complaint for the same on there number as while purchasing i was promised 6 months warranty. after so many call my mobiles were picked on 16 dec after 1 month. now 2day is 31st jan till now i have not recived my phones or my money. as per there mail on 18th jan they promised me that they will refund my money. now they are denying this i have proof in my mail for the same.

pl help me . my name is yogesh mudrale ny number is 09820296190. i am loosing so much because from last three months iam paying vodafone for my blackberry services but i dont have the mobiles and i have lost so many in my business.
