I had purchased this Glen OTG from Indiatimes to gift to my cousin on his wedding, order no. 3000006845 on 28 Nov. 2011. SLA for delivery given was 10days, but they did not delivered product till 16th day. On 13th Dec. when I called their customer care, they told me that order stands cancelled, it was cancelled without my consent without informing me. Sick services.
