For Replacement

I purchased Micro max A 50 from times shopping 8th June on order no. 3001177 106 and received on 14th June . there was problem be created on charging (Not Charging) 17th on. I call cc TOI they asked go services center and take DOA . I visit SC and they found some technical error and provide by micro max DOA . I submit DOA to TOI. then I received call THEY WILL arrange pick up schedule for replacement I contact many time by mail or call only one ans please wait. Now how i return this material on right place. They are not responding any mail.
