False offers being made by India Today Book Clu

About a month back, I got a call from India Today Book Club and was told of a offer regarding Kodak Camera C-180 (10.2 megapixels). I accepted the offer and made the payment thorough my Barclays Bank Credit Card No - 4339 4813 2647 9405. My Order No. is OGA090029216. I was promised the delivery within the next 10-15 working days, which I got almost a month after booking my order. AS per ITBC I WAS OFFERED KODAK C180, 10.2MP CAMERA WITH 16GB MEMORY CARD, CAMERA STAND, CAMERA COVER, TWO CHARGERABLE BATTERIES WITH CHARGER, HOLIDAY PACKAGE FOR 2, RETURN AIR TICKETS FOR TWO, BUT I RECEIVED ONLY ONE C160, 9.2MP CAMERA AND TWO BATTERIES ONLY.

I have not even recieved any receipt/invoice for the above product.

I even tried calling on 011-40502424 but apart from the introductory message nobody responded. I had made around 50 calls on this number. Once when I received a call from India Today I informed the person about my not receiving anything except the camera and immediately the phone line was disconnected.

I request you to take stern action against India Today Book Club as it has been cheating a lots of innocent people like me..
