India Today Book Club
Product not received / Refund not done

Hi,

I had received a call from India Today Book Club for a digital camera and placed order over phone and paid money through credit card.

The order was placed in oct 14-15th. Order number orb090002243ts. Its been more than half an year and i have not received the product. I have been following up with India Today Book club. Finally on 21 Dec One Mr Azeem Khan said he will refund the money to my credit card itself.

But when i called the India Today Book Club office they say he has resigned from the Job.

I have been receiving only excuses from them since past 6 months.
