Dear Sir,

My name is Rohan Kumar Sinha. I have purchased a Samsung S5560 mobile handset from one of the representatives of India Today Book Club at a cost of Rs. 12, 500.00 on 26th February.

As it was offered me that I would get a Holiday package worth Rs 25, 000 and a free Diamond Voucher worth Rs 20, 000 but after my purchasing they are telling me that the Diamond Voucher is worth Rs 5, 000 only.

I have lodged complaint two times in their customer service but there is no result of that complaint.

So, I want that either they return back this handset or provide the compensation in behalf of the above misrepresentation.
