False Claims made

This is in regards to Orders booked by me through India Today Book Club. I have been fooled to buy 4 products till date (all in month of March).

Initially i was told to if i buy a product i wil win Rs.25, 000 cash, thus i purchased a Samsung Digicam ES17 for Rs.7598, Booking id 880082567.

Lateron i was told there is a contest for 12 Lakhs, and if i buy one more product i will be eligible for the same as well as will definately win a consolation prize of Rs.10, 000; thus i bought a Philips Home Theatre for Rs.7598, Booking id 880085547.

Then they said i will be locked at 4th position if i buy a product and so i purchased Samsung Omnia cellphone for Rs.13, 998, Booking id 880091445.

During each purchases i was told i will be definately win Rs.10, 000 consolation prize if i couldnt make it for the top Prize of Rs.25 Lakhs and that i will also receive a confirmation mail for the purchases, which i havent received any mails till date.

The Lucky draw was to happen on 31st March but now the customer care are not aware of when the draw is going to happen, neither are they helping the customers with queries. Most of the time, their answer is that system is on Upgradation so cant help, neither are they willing to transfer the call to their seniors.

All the above products sold to me were by giving False Claims. I also see many people have similiar claims on this forum. Please take a STRICT action against the company.
