Non refund of amount

I had booked a Samsung Touch screen & Phillips DVD player instead of Phillips DVD the cost of Samsung was debited twice to my credit card account. Immediately the next day I have cancelled both the orders.

After persitent followup I received refund for 1 mobile and in spite of cancelling the order the mobile was dispatched to my residence without intimation.

I have redispatched the phone to India Today on 19.12.09 the same was received by them on 21.12.09 nt.

In Spite for providing all proofs of receipts no refund is forthcoming. The only reply received is that we are following up the concerned dept
