On a telemarketing call received from India today Book Club during 8-10 March initially opting for a Rs.5200 scheme escalating to Rs.9500 offer, i have after over 2 months not received right goods inspite of very clear understanding, nor refunded Rs.5200, sent wrong goods, sent goods which i never opted and in spite of repeated requests over 2 months getting misguiding and evasive replies. I made a big mistake in trapped into this unfair market racket.
