India Today Book Club
Order not received

Hi,

I have a member of India today book club (ITBC0953423).

I had ordered home theater on 28-Jun-09 (order # 0GA090055997) and payment made through credit card.

Today is 01-Jul-10, I havent received the order till date. I am doing follow up but nobody response properly, they disconnect the lines - 011-40502424.

I think this is one type of fraud is happening.

I want 1 lac claim from ITBC towards this fraud.
