Camera not send

I hv purchase a digital camera of kodak 10.2 mega pixel, and transfer the money to them. they send sms that we send your product by courier. but corier owner syas that we return the product to company b'coz of problem of address. but the fact is that i am not getting the product. i call on customer care no. of company but they told that yet we r not getting any information from other department.

so pls take my complaint and send them a notice.
