Non refund of amount

I had booked two products vide order no 1100399671 & 1100399674 for Samsung Touch screen phone & Phillips DVD. However the amount debited to my account was twice the cost of mobile. Immediately the next day I have cancelled both the orders and asked for refund. I have received refund for order 1100399674 whereas for the other order it was dispatched to me. I have returned the same thru BLue Dart and in spite of continous followup for last six months no refund is forthcoming. Member ship no ITBC 09111823.b They have stopped replying to my mails for the past one week
