I had ordered for 16 CD pack of Ragas on 15.6.2010 with a crossed cheque of Rs 2498. The cheque has been encashed by you on 14.08.2010 (cheque no 00476677, Canara Bank. Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati). Till now there is no sign of the CD’S nor the promised free gifts of Reebok sunglasses, Free Holiday Stay & Bestseller Pack.

I hereby urgently request you to see to the matter and see that the ordered CD’s plus the free gifts are delivered to my address given below.

If it is not done immediately, I am afraid I have to register a case of fraud by your company of duping customers.
