Non receipt of product

Respected Sir,

Kindly refer my complaint regarding nonreceipt of product date 8/9.

I have booked Samsung Omnia mobile handset on 6/5. My order no is GA100014770.

It is regret to say that after 16 days of complaint made on consumer complaint I have not received neither product nor refund. Once again immediate actions are requested to arrange for refund of the same as now I don't want the product.
