Poor service and not sending the product after payment

Dear Sir

It is been more than a year now and i havent received the product/service from India today book club for purchasing an item. I paid thru DD and so far i hav called at least 100 times wasting my resources.

I would really appreciate if somethign can be done against this company and besides they keep sending emails thru various email id's inspite of my blocking their id for purchasing items.

I expect some kind of action is initiated against them
