Miscommittment

I have received a telephone call on 23-Aug-10 from Living Media India Limited. Mr. Roshan Kumar (Senior Executive – Gold Box Department) explained me the below mentioned facts.

1 – Three person selected / winner from all India.

2 – I am one of them.

3 – My confirm win is Rs 110000/- in form of Cash or Jewellary.

4 – In case of cash win it will be directly credited in my bank account within three days.

5 – One person already win the cash & another person win the jewellary & my maximum chance to win the cash.

6 – A purchase is required for open the gift box. Purchase details mentioned below

A Samsung 22 inch LCD television Total Cost Rs 18897/- (Rs 17699 Rs 1198) (MRP Rs 24000/-) alongwith gift of Rs 8000/- plus Processing fees Rs 1196/- in two part Rs 598/- & Rs 598/-

7 – I have paid the total amount of Rs 20093/- through credit card.

8 - After the above mentioned payment Mr Santosh / Mr Yogesh told me that your gift amount increased now Rs 165000/- but you have to purchase another articles of Rs 10698/- (A Digital Camera & Apple Ipod) plus Processing fees Rs 598/-

9 – I have made the another payment of Rs 11296/-

They delivered the following items.

1 - A Samsung 22 inch LCD television MRP Rs 18000/- (Bill amount Rs 17000/- Handling Charges Rs 699/-) Bill No-ORA100026224 Dated 26-8-10 Rs 17699/- Alongwith Numero Uno sun Glass & RBK Watch

2 – Apple I-Pod Shuffle 1 GB Kodak Digital Camera. Bill No-ORA100026339

Dated 26-8-10 Rs 10698/-

3 – RBK Watch Bill No-ORA100026144 to ORA 100026146 Dated 26-8-10

Rs 598/- each

4 – Reebok New Sun Glasses & RBK Watch Bill No-ORA100026387 Dated

26-8-10 Rs 1198/-

5- Some Diamond Vouchers of Rs 5000/- each. Redemption in form of conditional discount Minimum purchase Rs 8000/- onwards from Surat Diamond No two gift vouchers can be clubbed together. Each voucher is to be redeemed separately

Complaints

Living Media India Limited not fulfill the commitment. Why I will pay processing fees for such vouchers? They should pay / disburse the gift as explained. Vouchers are not at par of cash. Price charged are higher as compare to market. They also charges Rs 699/- Rs 699/- handling charges for television & for Camera & Ipod resp.

These items are available across the India. What is the use of 5-6 similar watches? They also confirmed me that you have not to pay any amount for purchase of jewellary.
