Non-refund of money

I booked an order on 7th of June (details of Order : 12.5mega pixel Kodak camera, along with this they offered free gifts as follows, Reebok watch worth of Rs.2599/- Reebok Track Suit worth of 3999/- I pod and tour package of Rs.5000/- Rs.10000 worth of diamond jewelery gift voucher) for this i have paid Rs.8498/- through my credit card. Booking Id No.880126641. As per the offer given by them, the delivery of the above mentioned items will be made with in a period of 21 working days from the date of placement of order, but we have not received any of the items mentioned above till September 18th. On the same day we have canceled the same above order and they have given an Cancellation ID which as follows Cancellation ID 627739 dated 18th September. They promised me that they will credit the paid amount to my credit card with in 21 working days. But still i have not yet received.
