Nonreceipt of refund

Kindly refer my complains in this regard dated 8/9 and 25/9.

I have booked Samsung Omnia mobile on 6/5. My order no is GA100014770.

It is regret to say that even after making complaints on consumer complaints.in I have not received refund of Rs 14998/- from your side. Even after getting assurance from executive over phone before one month. It shows that your company is not serious about complaint of customer. It seems that you want to go for leagal actions by me against your club. So instead of making phone calls and offering me new product please refund my amount immediatly as you are loosing faith by delaying actions and intemate your actions through email on my email id.
