NOT GIVEN FREE GIFT

I had purchased a KODAC-C160-9.2MEGAPIXEL 3X OPTICAL ZOOM WITH 2.4"LCD camera from India Today Book Club vide INVOICE No. ORB090003630, ORDER NUMBER-OGB090003926, INVOICE DATE-08-DEC -09, CONSINGNT NO.43611412530. My membership No. was ITBC09179348 and my UNIQUE NUMBER alloted by india today book club was 180934805B090003630 . They offered me a free air ticket for one person for both sides but could not fullfill their promise till date. In their invoice they had given the site-www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm to claim free gifts, but even after login to the site there was no response from them. I had tried to call them number of times for my gift but could not contact. I have a original bill of India Today Book Club.. Kindy do the needful and try to punish them for not fullfill their commitment.
