I am cheated

Dear sir

before Dewali I recieved a call from your office that i have won gifts worth Rs 50, 000/= i was asked to pay Rs 7498/= through credit card & I did this. I recieved items vide your Invoice No. ORA100033578 dated 12-11 for my membership Id as ITBC09840362. The items (exhorbitantly rated) are worth this amount only but i DID NOT recieve the gifts worth Rs 50, 000/= as promised.

My call was further transfered to some other manager who told me that since I have purchased this today you are selected for Holiday Package. I told him give me some time to think but he told me to say yes or No righy now, otherwise it will be shifted to some other person. i was forced to book this holiday package Booking Id No. 440035993 dated 6-11. till date i have not recieved this package although I have paid for this package through credit card on the same day.

early to this for my order No. 0GA090004275 dated 10-aug-09. I was promised an Air Ticket to and fro in India but this was never given to me, even after complaining many times.

Kidly look into the matter, otherwise i feel cheated by your organisation.
